What you’ll do
- Design Seamless Experiences: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for mobile and web platforms that prioritize simplicity and ease of use for businesses and learners.
- Iterate Based on Insights: Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs are solving real problems and driving adoption.
- Empower Teams: Design features that make it effortless for companies to create, deliver, and track their learning content.
- Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that keep the platform consistent and adaptable as it grows.

- Have a proven track record of designing user-friendly, visually stunning interfaces that drive engagement and solve real problems.
- You’re OBSESSED with creating seamless user experiences, from wireframes to high fidelity prototypes.
- You’re a design thinker—you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and approach every project with a balance of creativity and strategy.
- A solid understanding of user research and usability testing—you’re able to interpret feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication skills - you can present your design decisions clearly, thoughtfully to the team and to our clients.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Big bonus points if you’re skilled in tools like Framer or have experience with motion/interaction design.
